01 Can I visit your vacuum pump manufacturing facility in China?
Yes, we warmly welcome you to visit our vacuum pump factory and experience our industrial-grade products firsthand.
Many clients are pleasantly surprised after visiting our facility. They often do not expect to find such professional, high-quality industrial products in China. Our strengths cannot be fully demonstrated through a website, email, or phone calls alone; therefore, we sincerely hope you will visit us in person to experience our vacuum pump products firsthand!
If, for any reason, you are unable to fly to China to visit the factory yourself, you may authorize a representative to conduct the factory inspection on your behalf.

02 Can I request samples before placing a formal order?
Yes, absolutely.

03 Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirement for my vacuum equipment order?
There is no Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirement for trial orders. However, for subsequent formal orders, we have established an MOQ of 30 units.

04 Does my vacuum equipment come pre-assembled?
Approximately 95% of the product is pre-assembled. The remaining 5% requires you to assemble specific components yourself in order to connect the unit to your own equipment system.
Please do not be concerned about the assembly process. Our equipment is expertly designed and easy to assemble.
Furthermore, our products have been sold to over 155 countries and regions worldwide; to date, we have not received any feedback from customers indicating they encountered difficulties during the assembly process.

05 Can I customize the vacuum equipment with my own brand name or logo?
Yes, you can customize the products to feature your own brand name.
Regarding product colors, we offer a wide range of options; you may select directly from our color palette.
We support ODM (Original Design Manufacturing), OBM (Original Brand Manufacturing), and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) services.

06 Can you ship spare parts for the vacuum equipment for me to use as replacements? Yes, during the warranty period, we will ship replacement parts to you free of charge via express delivery. If the warranty period has expired, we will provide replacement parts to you at cost price. We also have technical staff available to answer any questions you may have during your use of the product.
